You've Loaded Your Contract...Now What?
Once you have loaded a contract in CalUsource, you are able to run various reports related to the content of the contract (e.g. expiry management, appendices, policy components, etc.).
The reporting functionality in CalUsource is a powerful resource for you and leadership teams to leverage. It offers a deeper level of insight on your campus’s total contract portfolio and helps you navigate how to manage your pipeline more effectively, when you should go out to RFP, and what contracts are nearing expiry.
