When creating questionnaire questions, you have the ability to add conditions to questions. What this means is when a supplier selects a particular answer to a question, that response can then generate another question for the supplier to respond to.

How to Create Conditional Questionnaire Questions
Make sure you have two questions pre-created, one that will be the primary question and the other that will be the conditional question that is triggered when a specific response is selected from the primary question.
Checkmark the Conditional Question option for a question.
Select the primary question that the conditional question will be tied to.
Select the response from the primary question that will trigger the conditional question to display.
Select the Save button.
Your conditional question will now be created.
Click on the Preview button to test your newly added conditional question.
