Monitor Status of Supplier Response

In CalUsource, you have the ability to monitor the status of a supplier status regarding their invitation to a bid, acceptance of guidelines, bid response submission, and bid withdrawal within the Supplier section of your event.

Monitoring Supplier Invitations

The participation status of invited suppliers will display as, Invited, with the date and time of the event’s publication once the event is published.

Monitoring Supplier Guideline Acceptance

When a supplier accepts guidelines, the participation status will display, Guidelines Accepted, with the date and time when they were accepted.

Monitoring Supplier Response Submissions

When a supplier submits a response, their participation status will display as, Response Submitted, with the date and time of submission. 

Monitoring Supplier Withdrawals

If a supplier withdrawals their RFX response, the participation status will display as, Response Withdrawn, along with the date and time of the withdrawal.

Suppliers are required to enter a comment when withdrawing their response. You can review their comments by clicking on the Comment icon.

Monitoring Declined Invitations

If a supplier declines an invitation to participate in an event, the participation status will display as Invitation Declined. 

Suppliers are required to enter a reason when they decline to participate in an event. You can review their reason by clicking on the Comment icon.

Tips

• Suppliers will not be able to respond to questionnaires and price sheets until the Response Period opens.
• You will only be able to see supplier questionnaire responses when the Evaluation Period begins.
