Creating questions within questionnaires can easily be achieved by leveraging all of the question building functionality within CalUsource.

How to Create Questionnaire Questions
Scroll down to the Questionnaire section.
Click on the Edit icon for the questionnaire needing questions added.
Click on the Add Question icon to add a question.
Input your question within the Question field.
Checkmark the Mandatory option to make it a requirement for suppliers to respond to a question.
Checkmark the Allow Suppliers to Add Attachments options to allow them to add attachments to a question.
Select an Evaluation Type.
Select a Question Type.
Input answer options for question types that require them.
Input a Score value for each response option on a score scale from 1 (lowest) to 5 (highest).
When done, select the Auto Weight option to have CalUsource automatically weigh out your scores or weigh them manually by inputting weights for each individual question.
Select the Done button when finished.
Tips
- To add more response options for a question, select the Add Response Option icon.
- Select the Manage Questions option to change the order of questions, make questions mandatory in bulk, allow supplier attachments in bulk, update the evaluation type and update the weights.
- To add sections to help organize questions within your questionnaire, select the Add Section icon.
