You have the ability to create a report to see contracts at your campus that are under management by using the Analytics/Insights module in CalUsource.
How to Create a Campus Contracts Under Management Report
Click on the Create button from the CalUsource homepage.
Click on the Insight button.
Select the Contract option and click on the Proceed button.
Search for the following attributes and drag them into the Rows section:
- Contract Number
- Contract Administrator
- Contract Administrator Email ID
- Effective Date
- Expiry Date
- Contract Status
- Supplier Legal Company Name
- Region Name
Expand the Filter section.
Drag the Region Name attribute into the Filter section.
A Filter pop-up will display.
Checkmark your campus location and click on the Apply button.
Drag the Contract Status attribute into the Filter section.
Checkmark the Live and Executed statuses the Apply button.
Click on the Continue button.
Select the Grid option for the Choose Visualization pop-up.
Click on Generate Report.
Your report will now display. Select Save in the lower right corner to save this report to your profile if you want to access at a later date.
