How to Setup a Report for Expiring Contracts

You have the ability to create a report for expiring contracts by using the Insights module in CalUsource. In this example, we will modify an existing standard report to build the report needed.

How to Setup a Report for Expiring Contracts

Click on the Analytics button from the CalUsource homepage.

The Insights tab will be selected by default, as will the Standard Reports tab.

Select the report titled "Contracts_Live Agreements Expiring in 180 days".

Click on the Manage Fields icon.

Expand the Filters section.

Click on the Pencil icon for the Expiry Date filter.

Adjust the date range as needed and click Apply when done.

Click on the Update button to display the changes to your report.

The modified report will be saved in your Reports, under the My Reports tab.
