Accessing Dashboards

Dashboards can be easily accessed at anytime within CalSource and offer some of the following benefits:

• Easier workload management to ensure resources are spread evenly throughout the team.
• Visual representation of all live contracts under management within a commodity team.
• Visualization of the current sourcing pipeline to support management of sourcing projects at each phase in the sourcing process.
• Proactive contract management and tracking of upcoming contract expiry dates.
• Easier way to track and manage incentives.
• Ability to identify and ensure your contracts contain the appropriate appendices for Data Security and HIPAA (BAAs).

How to Access Dashboards

Click on the Analytics button.

Click on the Vision tab.

Three buttons will display - Standard Dashboards (visible to all users), Shared Dashboards (shared specifically with you) and My Dashboards (dashboards created by you.

Click on Shared Dashboards and then select your dashboard from the list.
