Deleting a Draft Contract

Deleting outdated draft contracts in CalUsource is an important step in maintaining a clean and accurate contract repository. 

How to Delete a Draft Contract

Click on the Actions Menu icon.

Click on the Delete option.

Select Yes within the confirmation window that appears confirming the deletion of the draft contract.

Select OK within the confirmation window that appears confirming the draft contract was deleted.

Tips

• Only the Contract Administrator of an agreement can delete the contract from CalUsource.
