Canceling an Auction

In the event an auction needs to be cancelled when it has a published or awarding status, the following steps will guide you on how to cancel an auction.

How to Cancel an Auction

Click on the Actions Menu icon.

Select the Cancel Event option.

Select a reason for canceling your auction and provide comments if needed.

Click on the Cancel Event button when done.

Adjust the email template as needed to notify the suppliers of the event cancellation and click the Send button when done. 

Your event will now display a Cancelled status.

An Information icon will also display which provides quick access to viewing the details behind the cancellation.
