Creating a New Auction

CalUsource gives users the ability to create auctions within the tool. An auction is a sourcing event that enables you to invite suppliers to participate in real-time bidding. 

How to Create a New Auction

Click on the Create button.

Select the Auction option.

Select how you would like to create your auction.

Create New Auction: Allows you to start building a completely new auction. (Recommended)

Use Template: Allows you to create an auction from an existing template. Currently there is no existing auction templates available in CalUsource. Please contact CalUsupport to create an auction template to leverage for recurring auction events that are similar in nature. 

Copy Existing Auction: Allows you to create an auction event from previously conducted auction events. Copying the auction will transfer over all of the information as well as the formatting. Hence, a detailed review of the auction information is required.
