Contract Modification Upgrades

Major upgrades are here with contract modifications! Modifications are an easy way to make internal
changes to your contract without having to amend the agreement. Click “Create Modification” to an
executed, live, or expired contract to make the following changes:

• New! Category
• New! Region
• New! Contract Sponsor
• New! Legal Company Name
• Additional Information (Reporting) Questions
• Milestones

Here are some examples where you may want to adjust the above:

• Your Contract Sponsor (aka campus stakeholder) for the contract has changed
• You want to clean up some of the responses to the additional information (reporting) questions
• You want to update the Category to make it easier for searching and filtering

As a reminder, you will need to perform an amendment to make any contractual changes (e.g. terms,
language, etc.).
