Best Value Components

At UC, Best Value has 3 basic components

• Qualitative or Technical
• Quantitative or Financial (cost) – must be at least 25% of Total Score
• Sustainability – must be at least 15% of Total Score
  (only for RFP where there is a Qualitative Evaluation)
