When creating a sourcing event in CalUsource, you have the ability to invite a supplier to participate in your event.
How to Invite a Supplier to Participate in an Event
Expand the Suppliers section of your event.
Click on the Add Suppliers button.
Select Add from Repository to use an existing supplier or New Supplier to add a new one.
Once the supplier has been added or created, click on the Envelope icon.
An email template will display where you can customize the invite email if needed.
Click on the Send button when done.
The supplier will now display an Invited status.
