At anytime, additional points of contact can be added to an Approved or Normalized supplier profile in CalUsource.

How to Add a Contact to an Approved or Normalized Supplier Profile
Click on the Create Change Request button.
Select the Yes button within the confirmation prompt that displays after reading it.
The profile will now display a Change request is in progress banner notification.
Open the Contact Information section.
Click on the Add New Contact button.
Complete the form that displays.
Select Save when done (information on how to send an invitation is provided later in this guide).
Click on the Submit button.
Select the Yes button within the confirmation prompt that displays after reading it.
Click Close on the Information prompt that displays after reading it.
Sending an Email Invitation
After going through the process above of adding a new contact, if you would like to send an email notification to a supplier informing them that they have been invited to be a contact within their company's supplier profile in CalUsource, follow the below steps:
Open the Contact Information section.
Click on the checkmark box next to the contact's name.
Click on the Invite icon.
Change the pre-crafted email that displays or leave it as is.
Click on the Send button when done.
