The main Insights page is broken down into three main categories, with several potential classifications.
Main Categories
Standard Reports | Shared Reports | My Reports
Standard Reports
These are reports created specifically for procurement teams.
To modify a standard report, you will need to save the report first – this will then appear in the My Reports section.
Shared Reports
These are reports that are owned by another user but Shared with you.
To modify a shared report, you will need to save the report first – this will then appear in the My Reports section.
My Reports
These are your reports. Any reports you create from scratch appear here. Also, any Standard or Shared reports that you modify appear here.
Report Type
There are numerous Report Types under each of the three main categories (Standard, Shared, My Reports). The types you see are determined by your account permissions, what content has been shared with you, and what content you create.
You can view the type of report via the Report Type column on any of the three Insight tabs.
Searching and Filtering
To quickly find a report you need, either search by report name in the search box below OR use the Filters icon to create a search filter.
OR
EXAMPLE
To quickly find a spend report:
1. Click on the Filters icon
2. Click on the Data Source option in the left side bar
3. Select UC and then Apply
Now, you will only be viewing the Standard Spend Reports for UC.
